The area recieved it’s name form a local gardener. After the 1880, Mount Rose began to shrink due to the growth at Hopewell. Sidekicks provide personalized, consistent, and comprehensive 1:1 support services in the home and in the community for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Our Mount Rose ABA program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. ABA is the process of systematically applying interventions based upon the principles of learning theory to improve socially significant behaviors to a meaningful degree.
We use this approach and adapt it to create unique and custom programs to help promote learning, growth, life skills, and independence in each individual brought to us. We do this through a variety of ways that include behavior intervention plans, assessments, and training for family members to help everyone in your family feel comfortable. Each individual is unique and comes with their own tendencies that differ from others. This is why we work to create custom plans for each person who comes to Sidekicks for help. Each individual is different due to the individual’s skills, the current level of functioning, abilities, and behaviors are all used to develop a program for his or her specific needs.
